Shenzhen Jingshi Electrical & Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jingshi Electrical & Mechanical), is a high-tech enterprise integrating the independent research and development, manufacturing and marketing of its automation equipments, combined with the design and manufacturing of its non-standard machines and precision parts and components. Its predecessor Shenzhen Jingshi Electronic Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in May 2004. Now, Jingshi Electrical & Mechanical is situated in Building 12, Tangtou Industrial Area, Shiyan Town, Bao'an District of Shenzhen City, with a plant area of over 3, 000 square meters.

Jingshi Electrical & Mechanical now employs more than 200 employees, of whom over 10 are management personnel, over 30 engineering and technical personnel, and over 120 senior technicians. Jingshi Electrical & Mechanical holds a number of patent products with independent intellectual property rights. Over the past years, Jingshi Electrical & Mechanical has taken the lead in launching into the domestic market the battery inner resistance & voltage sorter and high-precision instrument used for battery cell matching, which features a high level of automation. Such product has substantially facilitated the full automation of battery cell’s production process and reached a new record in the automation level.

Jingshi Electrical & Mechanical has passed ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management System Certification in 2002 and its review in 2006.
